Responsibilities

• Work with the regional business development managers to make sure their business data is up to date and assist in their reports required for each review.
• Extract meaning from large volumes of data to make the right business decisions.
• Generate and interpret tailored market analysis.
• Provides and delivers strategic data analysis, insights and presentations to senior leadership and functional teams.
• Analyze purchasing patterns, profitability and customer conversion opportunities.
• Input into the business strategy review with knowledge of new energy trends and where there is a fit with the business lines the company provides.
• Set up Pivot tables in Excel to ensure repeatability of reports and make sure the data is up to date and accurate.
• Weekly reviews with the country business development managers to make sure all their data is accurate and up to date.
• Report where the data is inaccurate or there are major discrepancies/changes that change the monthly/yearly revenue targets.
• Provide all administrative support to ensure monthly report is accurate and ready for the monthly management review.
• Work with the tender manager to make sure the booking plan is aligned with the tender targets.
   

Requirements

• Degree in Business Management/Statistics/Mathematics or equivalent experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office Suites, Navision, ERP
• Ability to communicate well within the organization and report quickly when data is either inaccurate or not available
• Ability to analyze the data to determine trends in countries and/or business lines and put together reports needed for the weekly and monthly reviews
• High level of accuracy and attention to details with swift execution
• Ability to manage competing demands and deadlines
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently
