The firm will take on projects as small as residential inspections to multi-million dollar office buildings and manufacturing facilities. In each instance, our goals are client satisfaction and public safety. We strive to put our client’s needs in front of everything else while maintaining the trust of the public that we will protect their safety. We are here to take the burden off of our clients so they can have a successful project. If we keep our clients satisfied, we will be successful.
Today, our project base is approximately 95% returning clients. We must be doing something right.

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Structural Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in structural engineering, with a preference for those who have spent time in consulting engineering. This role requires strong leadership abilities, a keen eye for detail, and a deep understanding of construction processes and legal regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage design teams of 5 to 10 members, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Efficiently allocate and manage company resources to maximize project efficiency.
- Oversee the development of structural designs, ensuring accuracy, safety, and adherence to client specifications.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct site visits to inspect construction progress, assess structural integrity, and ensure compliance with design plans.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and design team members.
- Utilize problem-solving and analytical skills to address challenges and improve design processes.
- Ensure all designs meet applicable codes, standards, and regulations.
- Prepare and review project documentation, including reports, calculations, and specifications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Structural Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in structural engineering, preferably with experience in consulting engineering.
- Proven experience in managing design teams and leading projects to successful completion.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Creative and detail-oriented with the ability to develop innovative design solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
- Physically capable of visiting construction sites and clients’ facilities.
