Title: Sr. Supply Chain Analyst
Location: Broomfield, CO
Shift: Day shift, typically M - F
Compensation: Competitive base salary $70,000-96,000 DOEQ w/ annualized merit bonus

Position Description:
The company is currently seeking a Sr. Supply Chain Analyst for the Broomfield, CO site. This position is to actively manage and coordinate supply chain activities and perform a wide variety of duties including generating POs, ensuring prompt and accurate receipt of materials and services, expediting orders, and managing proper inventory levels both physical and within our ERP. This position reports to the Operations Manager.

Essential Functions:
Purchasing
Manage and coordinate delivery and receipt of materials and services to maintain 100% TSB
Actively ensure POs are promptly and accurately received and acknowledged by vendors (and remediate if not)
Actively ensure POs reflect the items required (and remediate if not)
Actively expedite accurate and complete delivery of POs to ensure a seamless production
Gather supplier quotes and internal manufacturing resources; create cost estimates
Ensure that vendor commercial terms and conditions and quality requirements are properly negotiated and included in order entry information
Plan, negotiate, buy, and expedite service and material requirements for each order with both outside vendors and internal resources
Reconcile of nonconforming materials using applicable ERP and QMS resources
Inventory Management
Manage and maintain ERP and physical inventory
Manage and maintain inventory integrity, including stockroom location, obsolete inventory, excess stock, and stock replenishment process
Identify opportunities and drive improvements to the material flow for current processes
Maximize the potential and drive continuous improvement in the manufacturing operating systems
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business or similar field
4 years of experience in a supply chain activities including sourcing and planning; 7 years preferred
2 years of inventory management experience
Skilled MS 365/Office Suite
Working knowledge of ERP systems (preferably Epicor)
Forklift Operator Certificate or ability to obtain one
