Qualifications:
- AWS Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- OpenShift/ROSA Administration: 3-5 years of strong administration skills in OpenShift or Red Hat OpenShift Service on AWS (ROSA).
- DevOps Expertise: 2-4 years of experience in DevOps practices and tools.
- Helm Charts/YAML: 2-4 years of experience working with Helm charts and YAML configuration files.
- Overall Experience: 6+ years of total experience in systems engineering and infrastructure management.
Responsibilities:
- Infrastructure Design & Optimization: Focus on designing, constructing, testing, implementing, and optimizing infrastructure systems.
- Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve Level 1 issues related to network infrastructure hardware.
- Technical Analysis: Utilize standard tools to analyze, identify, and resolve technical problems.
- Incident Management: Serve as an escalation point for Level 1 incident management, providing timely resolution.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze performance issues and recommend solutions to enhance functionality, reliability, and usability.
- Liaison Role: Act as a liaison between customers, suppliers, and technical groups to resolve complex problems.
- Network Integration: Conduct high-level analysis of complex network system integrations.
- Advanced Design & Support: Lead teams in providing advanced design, architecture, and diagnostic support for network solutions.
- Solution Development: Responsible for the design, configuration, development, integration, and implementation of network solutions.
- Industry Knowledge: Combine a strong understanding of IT with considerable knowledge of industry practices, business functions, or service offerings.
