Sr Systems Engineer at TEKsystems

Description:

• Deploy compute and storage infrastructure across the organization

• Majority of customer support is on prem Cisco UCS or HP hardware or pure storage

• Vmware for virtualization - Mix of windows and linux vms that we deploy

• 130-250 VMs per site

• Support developing and testing environments at multiple locations as well

• We have a dedicated DevOps team who works closely with developers for deployments

• Primary responsibilities will be supporting the requests around the Azure Cloud infrastructure - also have a GCP environment (that experience would be a plus)

• Various services deployed storage accounts, Blobs, containers, VPCs, configuration

• This resource also supported our corporate environment with Active Directory, O365, Exchange Online, Teams, etc.

• This resource was helping our service desk team who supports these services as well

• Azure Infrastructure expert, ask questions for new requirement, knows how to attack changes, knows how to build new VMs in Azure, Storage Account permissions

• VMware experience doesn't need to be an expert, have some level of experience with Vcenter and VMs on prem, USXi host, how they all work

• Standard server administration (Windows would be better)

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Office 365 and Azure AD Administration experience

Infrastructure support in Google Cloud environment ( GCP)

Experience with server hardware management (Cisco UCS, HPe Synergy, HPe DL360 )

DNS/DHCP Administration experience

Active Directory administration experience

Experience with backup software like Veeam, Cohesity etc

Experience with Security tools like Qualys, CyberArk, SentinelOne etc

Experience Level:
