We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Tax Manager, CPA, to join our dynamic team in Coral Gables. The Tax Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of our clients' tax compliance and planning needs. This position requires a deep understanding of tax laws and regulations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team to deliver high-quality service to our clients. Job Requirements
- CPA License
- Bachelor's in accounting and/or Master's degree in Tax.
- Experience in working with partnerships, corporations, estates, and trusts
- English and Spanish required
- 10 years plus of progressive and continuous tax experience in public accounting
- Experienced with CCH Tax software, Excel, and QuickBooks, and/or RIA Checkpoint
- Understanding of relevant tax legislation corporate, personal, and partnership tax compliance and planning.
- Experience in leading staff, seniors, and/or supervisors.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
- Values teamwork, client service, and quality in detailed work.
- Strong accounting, analytical, and research skills.
- Experience working with high-net-worth individuals/Trusts and Estates
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Foster a culture of tax compliance and awareness throughout the organization, providing training and support as needed.
- Hybrid after 90 days
