CereCore is seeking a Sr. Technical Analyst to join our team in Ft. Lauderdale, FL.
Responsibilities:
Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates information technology systems operations. Determines user needs and requirements and recommends ways to improve systems. Serves as primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff. May require a bachelor's degree in a related area and at least 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. May report directly to a project lead or manager. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
· What are must-have desired traits/experiences that the Manager would most like to see?
1. Strong technical support background
2. Customer service – position is “at the elbow” support for division executive leadership
3. ability to think quickly and work independently as primary ITG contact for location
· Is this position remote/onsite? - onsite
· If on-site - is the position located in a patient-care facility? no
o Is there a dress-code/uniform for this position? Business casual
o Are there any requirements / health screening for this facility
· What is the planned work schedule for this contractor (work hours)? 8-4:30 with some flexibility in hours based on customer needs/events. Option may be present for 4 days/10hr shift with rotation to other office locations in Broward area
· What is the interview process? (video, on-site, duration etc…) initial video interview, followed by onsite, and a final meet and greet with office staff
