Technical Program ManagerThe DoubleVerify Programmatic team is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager, capable of managing a portfolio of projects that include integrations with dozens of DSPs and SSPs, along with coordination across multiple teams
You’ll manage complex timelines and work closely with internal and external teams and stakeholders
There will also be a focus on working with teams to iteratively improve upon the way that we work, requiring the ability to think outside the box and seek creative solutions
To succeed in this role you will need to be a great communicator with people of different roles, curious, eager to explore new ways of getting things done, and willing to roll up your sleeves to support the team.ResponsibilitiesManage complex DV programs and projects across multiple, teams, dependencies and locationsPartner with Product and Engineering leads to define and decompose project scope, timelines and dependenciesOrchestrate the corporate responses to production issues Act as the hub of communication among multiple stakeholders and teams regarding project and portfolio status and timelinesWork with senior management as a trusted consultant and subject matter expertPartner with Engineering leadership to strategize and implement process improvements for engineering teams that drive efficiency and increase engineering happinessExamine current best practices and communication within the engineering department and introduce enhancements that provide additional business valueBuild strong relationships throughout the company and with vendors to ensure project and DV successCoordinate and be a liaison across sub-projects and dependent project work to ensure project success Mentor engineers and other members of the project management team on project management best practicesQualificationsAdTech background with a firm understanding of DSPs and SSPsAn enthusiasm for working as part of a team and helping to achieve successful project launchesA proven ability to work effectively with people at all levels, including senior management, engineers, product managers and external stakeholdersA proactive, hands-on nature that facilitates project and process success5+ years of experience of Program Management experience managing complex technical projects that span multiple teamsAdvanced ability to analyze processes and drive change across an extensive set of project typesSuperb written and verbal communication skillsAt ease in front of a variety of audiences with the ability to cater updates to the relevant audience Significant autonomy across projects with the ability to self prioritize against a set of competing prioritiesBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experiencePMP Certification or equivalent practical experienceCSM certification or equivalent practical experienceThe successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on a number of non-discriminating factors, including qualifications for the role, level, skills, experience, location, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at DV.The estimated salary range for this role based on the qualifications set forth in the job description is between [$102,000- $202,000]
