Job Title: Senior Technical Writer

Location: Hybrid (Onsite in Kutztown,  PA for the first 45 days, then hybrid)

Job Type: Contract (6 months)

About the Role: 

We are seeking a Senior Technical Writer to join our team for an exclusive opportunity. The initial phase requires onsite presence 4-5 days a week for the first 45 days to facilitate documentation transfer, followed by a hybrid work model. You will work closely with Business Analysts to interview employees, understand processes, and create a comprehensive process manual for a new project. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, write, and maintain process manuals and other technical documentation.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and other stakeholders to gather information.
• Conduct interviews with employees to understand and document processes.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and consistency.
• Review and edit documentation to meet quality standards.
• Follow the Statement of Work (SOW) for detailed project requirements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Senior Technical Writer.
• Strong understanding of technical documentation standards and best practices.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Kutztown, PA for the first 45 days.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to start immediately.
