Job Summary:
• Onshore availability to Drive and stay within 15 mile radius of Redlands CA.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant major such as Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information systems, etc.
• 7+ years IT experience in the field of VOIP/ IP telephony.
• 5+ years’ experience in Cisco UC Manager / Call Manager (CUCM).
• 5+ years’ experience in Cisco Unity / Cisco Unity Connection (CUC).
• 5+ years’ experience in Cisco Contact Center UCCX and Cisco Finesse
• 5+ years’ experience working on Cisco Unified Border Element (CUBE), Voice Gateways and SIP Trunking.
• 3+ years Cisco IM & Presence Server (IM&P) / Cisco Jabber.
• 3+ years IT experience supporting eFax solution (Biscom)
• 3+ years’ experience supporting wallboards (Atea)
• Understanding of Call Recording (Calabrio) and call monitoring solutions.
• CCNP Voice CERTIFIED.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and implementation of projects, ensuring they align with company objectives and deliverables.
- Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Provide technical expertise in Cisco SD WAN, Palo Alto Internet Gateway, and Switching & Routing Cisco to guide project teams.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
- Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.
- Use and continually develop leadership skills.
- Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project status and performance.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure project deliverables meet their expectations.
Qualifications:
- Possess a strong background in Cisco SD WAN, Palo Alto Internet Gateway, and Switching & Routing Cisco.
- Have a minimum of 15 years of experience in program management.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Show proficiency in project management software tools.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Have experience working in a hybrid work model.
- Display the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Show a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Demonstrate the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Have a strong understanding of risk management and mitigation strategies.
- Be able to provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
- Show a commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
- Have experience in developing and maintaining project documentation.
