This individual will provide strategic analysis and assisting in the design, implementation, and administration of total rewards programs (HRIS, compensation, benefits, and payroll).Responsibilities:Lead or participate in a variety of total rewards projects, providing technical expertise and data to build project plans and ensure adherence to schedules.Administration of HCM system.Provide annual data requests such as EEO-1 data filing, California pay data filing, internal ESG and AAP data.Write, maintain, and support a variety of reports or queries. Manage development of reports for ongoing customer needs and look for ways to streamline current reporting processes.Participate in salary surveys.Manage market pricing system: loading surveys, creating reports, market pricing jobs.Manage milestone equity program.Assist with the year-end bonus process- manage compensation statement creation and dissemination.Make recommendations on the strategic direction for HRIS system, proactively managing design, configuration, and day-to-day activities to support business objectives.Keep up to date on changes in the financial services industry and ensure company compliance with relevant laws and regulations.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, IT or related field or equivalent experience.5 years' experience in HRIS.2 years' experience in Compensation preferred.CCP certification (or similar) preferred.Strong understanding of HR processes and data, including benefit and payroll procedures.Capability to leverage technology and resources across firm to maximize results.Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, high performance, growth-oriented environment.Ability to build strong working relationships with technical and non-technical business partners across all levels of the organization.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Project management skills preferred.Tableau skills preferred.UltiPro or Workday experience preferred.Proficient with MS Office with very strong Excel skills.Prior reporting or query building skills required.Our human capital, technology, marketing and other corporate support teams work with our business partners to maximize each employee.
