As a Sr. Experience Designer, your primary function is to work with project teams to design and deliver high-quality, client-centered, effective, consistent, and usable interfaces.
Skills and Experience:
Presentation Skills: Ability to present designs and processes clearly and effectively.
Stakeholder Management: Gathering requirements, ensuring designs meet these requirements, and getting buy-in from all parties.
Process Documentation: Clear and concise documentation of processes.
Feedback Integration: Open to feedback and able to iterate on designs.
Continuous Collaboration: Ongoing communication with all teams, including MIS.
Example of Work:
1. Meeting with Stakeholders:
Understand current manual processes for linking brokerage accounts and depositing money.
Conduct interviews and workshops to gather requirements and pain points.
2. Process Analysis and Design:
Analyze current manual processes and identify areas for automation.
Create process flow diagrams and user journey maps.
3. Automation of Account Linking:
Design an automated process for verifying and linking brokerage accounts.
Develop wireframes and prototypes for the automated system.
4. Client Mailings Automation:
Automate the initiation of client mailings triggered by specific events.
Design and test automated workflows for timely and accurate communication.
5. Presentation and Feedback:
Present proposed automated processes to stakeholders and MIS partners.

Summary:
The main function is to work with project teams to design and deliver high quality client-centered, effective, consistent and usable interfaces.
Job Responsibilities:
- Works closely with business analysts, business sponsors, project managers and IT teams to obtain and understand business requirements.
- Creates the design of user interface specifications, by applying client research, design standards, industry best practices, taking into account strategic business objectives, user needs, systems constraints.
- Participates in design review sessions with project teams, acquiring consensus and getting approvals on designs and documentation.
- Executes business acceptance test cases and testing.
- Works with the project managers to ensure that usability deliverables accommodate project timelines, budgets, technical and scope constraints.
- Contributes to the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of efficient and effective usability methodology/process, documentation, workflow, ROI, metrics and design standards.
- Acts as a user experience advocate regarding principles of user experience and user-centered design.
