About the Job
Job Purpose:
The Senior Vice President, Professional Services is responsible for developing, evolving, and managing the overall strategy and operations of Tungsten Automation's worldwide service sales and delivery capability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the EVP, Field Operations and other members of their management team in developing and evolving the Company’s strategies for services sales and delivery, and to achieve corporate goals and objectives.
- Team with the SVPs of Worldwide Sales to package and sell customer solutions including pre- and post- deal management, contracts reviews, and statement of work creation and negotiation.
- Assume overall financial responsibility for the Professional Services organization in managing the worldwide P&L. Accurately forecast services revenues and margins in support of Tungsten Automation's overall business forecasting and planning processes.
- Grow a high margin, profitable business that thrills customers and partners.
- Provide exceptional leadership to the Professional Services organization which promotes sound business disciplines and inspires exceptional individual performance.
- Develop a strong professional services leadership team with the ability to attract and retain top talent in the industry. Build and hire leadership that strengthens Tungsten Automation's people management, engagement management, client relationship management, and domain expertise skills.
Other Responsibilities:
- Develop an organizational structure, team, and methodology that enables Tungsten Automation to become a strategic partner by delivering high value added services and solutions that meet the needs of our enterprise customers.
- Establish a trusted relationship with key customers and partners at senior levels within those organizations.
- Continually endeavor to package service offerings and drive down implementation services hours/costs in order to be competitive in the market.
- Develop and enable partner strategies with leading 3rd party system integrators where these firms will augment Tungsten Automation's services and support our sale’s and customer’s needs.
- Work with existing customers to aggressively achieve new customer services bookings/revenues and a high degree of customer satisfaction with our services team and product solutions.
- Define the methodologies necessary to support consistent, high quality delivery practices and successful results.
- Provide industry insight and professional services best practices based on experience.
- Facilitate an on-going and consistent review of consulting activities and develop a collaborative process with product management and product development to ensure enhancements are driven into our products based upon customer feedback and professional experience implementing our solutions.
- Evolve and grow Tungsten Automation's services practices in emerging markets and partner network with special focus on the MarkView business.
Required Skills
- 15-20 years of progressive managerial experience in professional services or enterprise software consulting services
- Experience managing complex projects, clients, partners, and organizations
- Strong, executive level customer relationship experience
- Business acumen and financial skills/metrics driven
- Proven experience managing remote resources and large global teams
- Strong team player; ability to partner with Sales, Development, and other cross functional departments
- Bachelors Degree required in a relevant discipline; MBA or Masters desired
