Senior Workday HRIS Analyst

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Workday implementation, configuration, and post-production support.
• Hands-on with configuration across 2-3 different modules with the Workday HCM suite.
• Fluent in developing custom reports, building EIBs, and resolving issues within Workday.
• Experience leading large, cross-functional projects, and interacting with team members at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on and fluent with Core HCM, Compensation, Absence, Recruiting, Talent, Learning, Benefits, Payroll, People Analytics, and Workday Help.
• Experience in a senior or lead role within an HRIS team.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Information Systems, or a closely related field, or equivalent years of experience in a relevant role.
