Pay: $35/hr+ 
Location: Onsite in Alpharetta, GA.
Schedule: M-F, 8a-5p. 
Job Type: Temporary to possible permanent (depending on performance) 

Job Description:
??? Process accounts payable.
??? Maintain detailed Fixed Assets and Depreciation schedules.
??? Ensure accuracy and timely payment of accounts payable.
??? Prepare bank reconciliations.
??? Perform the accounting for 1 (59 unit) apartment community - Yardi Software
??? Perform the accounting for 5 land parcels
- Sage 300 software
??? Perform all aspects of the corporate overhead accounting - Sage 300 software
