About the Role:
We're partnering with a rapidly growing company to find an Staff Accountant / Analyst who will play a pivotal role in supporting both the Operations and Accounting teams. This position offers a dynamic environment where you’ll have the opportunity to make a direct impact across various business units.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monthly Close Process: Ensure accurate and timely financial close on a monthly basis.
- Reporting & Projections: Prepare and submit financial reports to the Corporate Controller, including year-end forecasts.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with both Operations and Accounting teams across different business units to ensure alignment and accuracy.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist management with the preparation and monitoring of annual and monthly budgets.
- Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow performance for business units and provide insights for improvements.
- Accounts Review: Conduct monthly aging report reviews and escalate issues as necessary.
- Tax Filings: File local and state sales and use taxes in a timely manner.
- Additional Projects: Provide support on various financial projects and analysis as required.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in an accounting or finance-related role.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software; experience in cash flow management and budget analysis is preferred.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
