Staff Accountant - Rosegate Mortgage

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to directly contribute to the development and growth of our company while gaining unparalleled executive exposure. The Financial Analyst will play a key role in maintaining our accounting systems, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing payroll. This position reports directly to the CFO.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly executive and financial reporting packages
• Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts
• Monitor and forecast budgets to align with current financial needs
• Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual compliance reporting requirements
• Keep company licensure current and in good standing
• Ensure payroll accuracy and efficiency, including managing commissions, benefits, insurance, and general deductions
• Assist CFO as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and accounting software
• Experience with QuickBooks is preferred but not required
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
• High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively on projects
