Job Description: Actual Job Title: Senior Staff Accountant

Worksite: Hybrid (onsite 4 times a month at Newark, NJ location)


Responsibilities:
" Prepares monthly and quarterly journal entries for the whole company in all aspects of general accounting
" Prepares monthly and quarterly balance sheet account reconciliations
" Accounting for Cash, Debt and Investments, etc.
" Must have thorough knowledge of accounting methods, principals, practices and the ability to apply the knowledge.
" Responsibilities also include analyzing financial statements, balance sheet and income statement.


Requirements:
" Demonstrated communication skills (verbal and written).
" Demonstrated ability to apply and follow job related policies and procedures.
" Proven analytical and problem solving skills.
" Persistence needed in order to resolve problems quickly.
" Ability to work independently in team oriented culture.
" Ability to work in a fast paced environment
