QUALIFICATIONS TO INCLUDE:

• Proficient in QuickBooks Desktop accounting software and MS Office programs
• 5+ years’ experience preferred
• Ability to work with ambiguous or changing work situations, tasks, assignments
• Excellent verbal and written communication and cross-functional skills
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work in challenging environments
• A high degree of organization skills with the ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment
• Joyous, go-getter attitude
• Construction experience is IDEAL
• Job Costing is a huge plus
• Training Included
• Staff Accountant/Clerk (super senior not a junior) to grow to Journal entry, and GL: AP, AR, (No GL needed)
• Experience with Job Costing, No reconciliation or month end reporting - it's a plus if have reconciliation.
