Staff Accountant Responsibilities:

As a Staff Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in our finance team, focusing on the core aspects of our financial operations:

• Take charge of bank reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Transition into handling intercompany reconciliations, managing complex reconciliations, and leading cleanup efforts.
• Oversee the reconciliation of 30 credit cards.
• Manage 400-500 invoices per month.
• Oversee the growing AR responsibilities.

Staff Accountant Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in VLOOKUPs, Pivots, and data manipulation.
• Experience with NetSuite.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Previous experience in complex reconciliations and cleanup efforts.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, open, and casual team environment.
