Staff Accountant at KBW Financial

KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting has partnered with a company near Portland, Maine in their search to find a Staff Accountant. This position will be assisting with overseeing accounts payable and accounts receivable processing and reconciliations as well as assisting with preparation of month end financial statements. Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant: 

-Biweekly Payroll processing using Paylocity
-General ledger: Manage balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, etc
-Calculating sales commissions
-Issuing insurance enrollment
-Full cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable processing

Qualifications:

-Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration;
-3+ years of relevant accounting experience 
-Well versed working knowledge with QuickBooks

Salary: $60,000-$75,000 + Excellent Benefits
