Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports and statements in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
2. Manage the general ledger, reconcile account balances, and ensure accurate representation of financial transactions.
3. Develop and maintain annual budgets, providing detailed analysis and forecasting to support business decisions.
4. Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analyses to identify trends, variances, and potential areas of improvement.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve operational efficiency.
6. Assist with the preparation for annual audits, ensuring all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting regulations to ensure compliance with financial reporting standards.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of GL accounting experience, preferably in the finance industry.
3. Proficient in budgeting and financial analysis, with a proven track record of managing large budgets and conducting complex financial analyses.
4. Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and auditing standards.
5. Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills.
6. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
7. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information in a clear and concise manner.
9. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
10. High level of integrity and professionalism, with a strong commitment to confidentiality.
