Are you a detail-oriented accounting professional seeking a stable and routine-driven position? Our client is looking for a Staff Accountant to support their growing operations across multiple locations in NC, VA, and SC. This role focuses on cash reconciliations, bank transfers, and managing accounts payable processes for warehouse purchases.

What You’ll Do:

• Reconcile cash deposits and credit card payments for 80+ store locations daily.
• Monitor daily bank transfers, including payroll and 401(k) contributions.
• Manage warehouse inventory accounts payable, and process as needed
• Assist with indirect taxes, and ensure accounting for indirect taxes is handled appropriately

Who We’re Looking For:

• Strong general accounting skills, with experience in general accounting, cash reconciliation and accounts payable.
• Highly organized and comfortable with routine tasks day-to-day.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is strongly preferred.
