Job Summary:
Performs accounting and administrative activities for CoralTree Residence Collection Vail. Extensive software, organizational and communication skills are required. This is a hybrid position with a preferance of 3 days per week in person at the office in Vail.
Responsibilities:Responsibilities:

· Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable data entry and processing
· Enter owner transactions into Property Management System (PMS), including preparation of monthly owner statements, both in PMS System and online owner’s portal. Issue monthly payments to owners.
· Maintain Work Order and Inventory management platform (Asgard)
· Perform month-end tasks, including preparation of recurring and accrual entries into GL
· Prepare banking deposits
· Renew individual rental licenses, as needed
· Perform general office administrative tasks
· Perform research as required
· Other tasks as assigned by the ADOF, DOF or General Manager
Typical Physical Demands:
The job demands being at a computer the majority of the time. Running errands and walking from property to property may be necessary, as well as interaction with employees, owners, and guests.
Typical Working Conditions:
This is an office position with a great deal of desk/phone work. Must be able to handle problems with owners and guests, therefore excellent interpersonal skills are required.
Qualifications:Qualifications, Skills and Abilities:
· Degree in Accounting preferred.
· Minimum two years’ experience; hospitality/accounting experience preferred
· Computer literate with a thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel
· Show initiative and have the ability to work independently and self-check work product
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Highly ethical and able to maintain complete confidentiality
· Ability to follow oral and written instructions
· Work well with others and have a professional, friendly disposition
· Excellent writing, analytical and problem‐solving skills
· Knowledge of principles and practices of planning, records management and general administration
· Ability to communicate effectively
· Ability to operate standard office equipment, including but not limited to, computers, telephone systems, calculators, copiers and scanners
Wage Information:
The hourly range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00. Actual pay will be commensurate with experience.
