Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day cash management activities, including monitoring cash flows, reconciling bank statements, and conducting regular cash position analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast cash needs, identify potential risks, and develop strategies to optimize cash flow.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Support the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management for decision-making purposes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is a plus
• Proven experience as a Staff Accountant or similar role in a manufacturing or related industry.
• Solid understanding of cash management principles, financial accounting, and internal controls.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
