Location: Kirkland (Hybrid)
Salary Range: $66,560 to $79,040 DOE

Position Overview:
Our client, an award-winning leader in innovative technology solutions, is seeking a dedicated Staff Accountant to join their Kirkland-based team. This hybrid position is ideal for an experienced accounting professional eager to apply their expertise in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. The Staff Accountant will be pivotal in ensuring accurate revenue recognition, financial reporting, and process improvement to support the company’s dynamic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee revenue recognition processes, ensuring alignment with accounting standards and policies.
• Perform monthly account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and completeness in financial records.
• Identify and implement efficiency-focused enhancements to accounting practices and financial reporting.
• Partner closely with various departments, sharing insights and facilitating smooth financial operations.
• Apply general accounting principles in everyday responsibilities, including documentation, reporting, and assisting with AP/AR as needed.
• Conduct targeted analyses to support decision-making, financial planning, and strategic projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (required).
• 4+ years in accounting, with at least 2 years focused on revenue accounting.
• Experience with accounting software, particularly Workday and Salesforce, is preferred.
• Exceptional analytical abilities, strong verbal and written communication skills, and a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
