About the Job
We are currently seeking an AR Accountant for a temporary position expected to be 4-6 months.
Pay $40-$43 per hour - Will work 32 hours a week with Friday's off

Key Duties for the AR Accountant:
- Responsible for the billing/invoicing of the customers
- Handle the cash applications
- Reconciliations of the customer accounts
- Preparing the deposits
- Handled the debits/credit and adjustments
- Assisting with the annual audit process
- BA/BS in Accounting or Finance a plus
- 4+ years of full cycle accounts receivable experience
- Intermediate Excel - Pivot tables, formulas and vlookups
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
