Staff Accountant at KBW Financial

KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting has partnered with a company within the services industry in Needham, MA that is adding a Staff Accountant to their team due to growth.  Our client is very motivated to hire and is seeking a candidate that can interview immediately.  This a direct hire opportunity with a large company that offers competitive pay and excellent benefits. 

The responsibilities for the Staff Accountant will include but will not be limited to:

• Support the month-end close process and perform adjusting journal entries and reconciliations
• Inventory accounting and control procedures
• Special projects as assigned along with process improvements, compliance projects
• Be a go to for ad hoc projects and be willing to pitch in where needed to support the team  

The ideal candidate for the Staff Accountant should have experience that meets the following requirements:

• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
• Recent experience with a large ERP system such as Oracle or SAP and advanced Excel skills
• Recent experience as a Staff Accountant at a large company

Compensation: $70-80k/year plus bonus
