Overview of the role: Staff Accountant

• Handling all new vendor setup tasks
• Process all banking reconciliations and balance sheet account reconciliation
• Working with daily revenue, inventory exception reviews, and postings
• Manage all month-end close and producing financial statements
• Potential need to work with Sales & Use tax accounts and pulling necessary reports to confirm payments

Preferred Qualifications: Staff Accountant

• Prior experience working in retail / selling goods is a plus!
• Proficient with Excel and knowledge of pivot tables and VLOOKUP
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 accounting software is a plus!
