Staff Accountant - 10 Federal Partners Inc.

As a Staff Accountant at 10 Federal, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data. You will be responsible for a range of accounting duties, including but not limited to, general ledger maintenance, financial statement preparation, and analysis of financial transactions. This role requires a strong background in accounting principles, attention to detail and the ability to adapt to ongoing changes.

Responsibilities: 

• Post daily bank transactions for multiple accounts
• Analyze expense classifications
• Monthly Bank reconciliations for multiple accounts
• Create and post month end journal entries
• Prepare monthly financial statements
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problems solving
• Effectively communicate and manage 3rd party owner relationships

Qualifications: 

• 3+ years of accounting experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Excel
• ERP experience a plus
• Competence in data entry and accuracy with accounting software
• Organizational skills and attention to detail

Physical Demands:  

• Ability to sit, stand or walk for extended periods of time.  

• Must be able to work in an open office environment, cubicle and/or private office, as assigned.
