At Sight Machine, you will work with manufacturing leaders in the automotive, medical device, apparel, construction, and pharmaceutical industries. You will have access to, and work with massive amounts of factory floor data to help uncover insights on how customers make products and develop solutions to pressing business problems. The platform solves problems like Extract Transform Load (ETL), information retrieval, data aggregation and analytics, factory automation, distributed computing, and security.

About the role
What you'll do
- Participate on the month-end close process including preparation of monthly general journal entries, account reconciliation and analysis and preparation of financial statements.
- Lead our accounts payable process, including invoices, coding credit card transactions, and conducting monthly reconciliations
- Process bi-weekly payroll
- Support multiple technologies including NetSuite, Rippling and Bill.com
- Assist with accounts receivable process including A/R analysis and collection, A/R aging review, and correspondence regarding customer balances.
- General ledger review and analysis.
Qualifications
- Proficient with Excel
- Requires Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent
- Perform numerical and financial calculations
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Exchange ideas, information, and opinions with others to formulate and/or arrive jointly at decisions, conclusions, or solutions
- Maintain confidentiality at all times
- Analyze and interpret various types of data in order to draw conclusions and solve problems
- Proven initiative for working independently
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet multiple deadlines under minimal supervision
The pay range for this role is:
65,000 - 85,000 USD per year(San Francisco)
