Primary Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant:
Full Cycle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Billing
Assist with payroll processing
Journal entries
Month end close assistance: Manage AP, AR, Billing and Payroll related journal entries, reconcile and post necessary accruals and adjusting journal entries
Follow up with vendors on billing related discrepancies
Ad hoc projects as needed
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum Associate’s degree, Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required
Proven experience in accounts payable, billing, and payroll management.
Proficiency in QuickBooks and/or other ERP systems; strong
Intermediate Excel knowledge is required (VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables, etc)
Salary: $50,000-$65,000 B.O.E
