About the Job
Requirements:
- Familiar with 20-day notices, lien waivers, additional insurance, and contractor invoicing
- Must be technically savvy (can plug in monitors, devoted work from home space, can use all software programs, log into zoom meetings, use a webcam, etc.)
- 2-5 years’ experience in similar role, preferably with a construction company
- Familiar with/experience with accounting responsibilities including monthly draw worksheets, and preparing monthly bank rec’s
- This candidate does not need to have all the technical skills, but must be eager to learn (most of their staff worked from the bottom into higher level roles)
- MUST be highly accurate in their role and double/triple checking their work to make sure there are no discrepancies
Job Responsibilities:
- Contract review/processing and manage all requests from the field staff
- Reviewing all documents for accuracy and submitting to accounting for review
- Receives/reviews/interacts with insurance consultants and tracks insurance expiration dates to know when to request for renewals
- Receives / Reviews / interacts with Prelien Company / Contractor regarding 20 day notifications and necessary corrections
