Staff Accountant at Creative Financial Staffing

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE STAFF ACCOUNTANT

• The Staff Accountant will prepare journal entries, bank recs, cc recs, and accounting reconciliations
• The Staff Accountant will also assist in month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing activities.
• Responsible for payroll (internal & external)
• Responsible for overhead AP entries
• Assist the controller with cash management potentially
• Assist where needed in other areas of the business

• Software package: Viewpoint is highly preferred but not required!
• BS in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
• 1+ years General Accounting
• The Staff Accountant should have a strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
