Staff Accountant

OVERVIEW: Due to our growth, we are seeking a Staff Accountant to join our outstanding accounting team to maintain and manage financial records and analyze financial data trends while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Only candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting will be considered.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements following the established accounting process.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, including forecasts and variance analysis.
- Manage the integration of acquired entities into the company's financials, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Perform data entry tasks efficiently, contributing to the transition to a new financial software system, including data migration and system testing.
- Assist with additional accounting team department projects as assigned by the Accounting Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting.
- Detail-oriented.
- Minimum of one year of experience.
- Expert in Excel and creating Pivot Tables and Look-up Tables.
- Ability to function as a team player.
- Familiarity with Netsuite is a plus.

SCHEDULE:
- Working Hours: Monday-Friday 8:15 AM - 4:45 PM
- Work Location: In office. Hybrid may be available after 90 days with manager approval.
