Responsibilitiesfor Staff Accountant

• Prepare accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices

• Work with vendors regarding invoice discrepancies

• Communicate with customers regarding payment terms

• Responsible for journal entries and reconciliations

• Create new processes to improve financial efficiency

• Report analysis and findings to management team

Preferred Qualificationsfor Staff Accountant

• Associates in Accounting

• Prior experience in AP or AR

• Friendly communicator

• Strong Excel knowledge

The Staff Accountant role is fully onsite in Wooster OH, with a salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 depending on experience
