Staff Accountant (Year-End Consulting Project) at Beacon Hill

Our clients are seeking a goal-oriented Staff Accountants to assist with their year-end consulting projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in close-outs, reconciliations, and GL management.

The Staff Accountant will have experience in the following:

• Handle month/year-end close outs and GL maintenance
• Record journal entries while ensuring compliance with company policies and GAAP
• Perform reconciliations on financial statements such as balance sheets
• Analyze variance and provide explanations to management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required
• Healthcare experience is preferred
• Proficiency with accounting softwares/ERP required
