About the Job
Prepare programmatic reports for monitoring program progress.
Maintain project and program logs including Additional Work Orders (AWOs).
Prepare cash flow analysis for design and construction project.
Track project level costs and coordinate budget development, modification and reporting.
Interact with various Design and Construction Managers and operating divisions and departments.
Update Project Status Reports on a monthly basis.
Attend progress reports meetings on various related projects.
Perform various duties deemed necessary by the Senior Director
A baccalaureate Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or Equivalent.
A minimum of three years' experience working with the budget of a large public or private concern in budget administration, accounting, economic or financial administration, or fiscal or economic research; in management or methods analysis, operations research, organizational research or program evaluation; in personnel or public administration, recruitment, position classification, personnel relations, labor relations, employee benefits, staff development, employment program planning/administration, labor market research, economic planning, social services program planning/evaluation, or fiscal management; or in a related area. Experience in communicating and organizing project information, generating reports and process design/ construction related documents.
Experience with Outlook and Microsoft Office is required.
