About the Job
• Prepare programmatic reports for monitoring program progress.
• Maintain project and program logs including Additional Work Orders (AWOs).
• Prepare cash flow analysis for design and construction project.
• Track project level costs and coordinate budget development, modification and reporting.
• Interact with various Design and Construction Managers and operating divisions and departments.
• Update Project Status Reports on a monthly basis.
• Attend progress reports meetings on various related projects.
• Perform various duties deemed necessary by the Senior Director

A minimum of three years of satisfactory full-time professional experience working with the budget of a large public or private concern in budget administration, accounting, economic or financial administration, or fiscal or economic research; in management or methods analysis, operations research, organizational research or program evaluation; in personnel or public administration, recruitment, position classification, personnel relations, labor relations, employee benefits, staff development,
employment program planning/administration, labor market research, economic planning, social services program planning/evaluation, or fiscal management; or in a related area. Experience in communicating and organizing project information, generating reports and process design/construction related documents.
