About the Job
- Review Contractor's insurance packages to ensure appropriate insurance requirements are met.
- Process Contractor's letter agreements an entry agreements.
- Open new force accounts and job numbers for billing of MTA accommodation services.
- Submit Contractor's insurance package to MTA Risk Management and manage review process.
- Assists Contractor's with any questions regarding MTA Risk Management insurance requirements for project.
- Maintains Asite insurance database and reports on all insurance status to External Partner Program PCEOs.
- Coordinate all MTA Risk Management insurance
- Additional tasks as required by the Business Unit Lead.
- A Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Art degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, finance, economics, business, or public administration
- 3 to 5 years of satisfactory full-time work experience
- Demonstrated knowledge in third party and /or employee insurance claims.
- Familiarity with Asite.
