About the Job
Duties include:
- Compile, prepare, edit senior management documents and information
- Analyze large amounts of project and financial data to accurately and produce reports and presentations
- Maintain efficient work environment understand ing the confidential nature of some assigned work
- Complete any other analysis, presentation or administration duty assigned by Assistant to the Vice Presid ent or designee.
A Bachelor "s Degree plus 2 years of full-time experience in one or more of the following areas: economics, finance, accounting, business or public administration, human resources management, management science, operations research, organizational behavior, industrial psychology, statistics, personnel administration, labor relations, psychology, sociology, human resources development, political science, urban studies or a closely related field
Special Skills/Training Requirements
- Must have the requisite degree/years of analytical, budgetary, presentation skills and/or administrative experience in a busy, high demand, deadline-oriented environment
- Have excellent MS suite skills, especially EXCEL, OUTLOOK, ACCESS AND WORD including TEAMS, SHIFTS, SHAREPOINT AND VISIO.
- Be comfortable multi-tasking and available to work overtime when required
- Clearly organize, write, communicate program/project information and reports with attention
- Ability to set and meet project deadlines
- Be proactive, flexible and responsive
- Strong written and verbal communication, analytical and organizational skills
