About the Job
* Assist in managing Capital Program projects which are in Planning, Design, Construction and Closeout phases.
* Assist/coordinate in resolving project related issues.
* Prepare reports, spreadsheets, dashboards and presentations as needed.
* Maintain Modifications/Additional Work Orders (AWOs) Logs, contractor payments, weekly project reports and other budgetary/administrative work databases.
* Monitor multiple project schedules, costs and activities.
* Interact with various Program CEO's and Construction Compliance Managers and operating divisions and departments.
* Develop, update and consolidate various reports such as weekly progress reports, Project Status Reports, FTA Reports, Traffic Light Reports, etc.
* Attend staff/project progress meetings and write minutes of meeting.
* Perform administrative duties such as filing, answering phones, office supplies, time sheets, field office visits for pickup/delivery of documents, etc.

* A baccalaureate Degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or Equivalent
* 3 years of experience in program development, business administration, or a related field
* Excellent grammar, written and verbal communication skills.
* Working experience in communicating and organizing project information generating reports and Power Point presentations; developing and updating excel spreadsheets, creating dashboards and process design/construction related documents.
* Experience with Outlook and Microsoft Office is required.
