About the Job
- Budget coordination, and administration work on various Program Support issues for projects in Master Plan development, Design, Construction and Close Out phases
- Monitoring budgets, expenditures and goals for capital projects and preparing various documents for assigned capital projects
- Coordinate, review and update various reports (Project Status reports, Quarterly FTA Reports, Quarterly AWO/BSC Reconciliations)
- Prepare, coordinate, and update TA Labor services reports as required (Monthly Flagging Priority, Weekly Work Train, Create, coordinate and/or update databases, and produce reports as required, including historical capital project costs, AWO's, etc.)
- Support the administration of CCM contracts as required including coordinating/processing task orders, preparation of various reports and other related work
- B.S from an accredited college or university in economics, finance, accounting, business or public administration, human resources management, etc.
- One year of work related experience
- Strong analytical and communications skills
