About the Role: The Staff Auditor collaborates with the internal audit team and business stakeholders to plan and execute operational and regulatory audits.

Responsibilities:

Plan and perform audits of varying complexity.

Identify control deficiencies and assess risk.

Prepare audit reports and present findings to management.

Assist in developing audit programs and methodologies.

Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

1-3 years of audit experience, preferably in financial services.

Strong analytical and communication skills.

Knowledge of regulatory requirements and internal controls.
