PDF Solutions has a recently opened position for a New Product Manufacturing Engineer working in a dynamic, multi-discipline, small team environment on the company’s new eProbe platform.
Responsibilities:- Work in a new product, small team environment
- Work closely and communicate effectively with mechanical, electrical and systems engineers
- Work in cleanroom environment
- Hands on operation of eProbe platform
- Hands on assembly and installation work
- Troubleshooting of electro mechanical assemblies
- Closely coordinate outsourcing activities with international contract manufacturers and suppliers
- Develop and maintain, BOM structures and build procedures
- BS – at least 5 years relevant experience, or AS – at least 10 years relevant experience
- Experience with high vacuum semiconductor capital equipment
- ECO experience
- Experience with new product development
- Experience with a data vault system, preferred SolidWorks EPDM
- Proven ability to successful write and verbally communication procedures and processes
- Ability to lift 50 Lbs.
Preferences:
- Experience in developing ECO processes and managing ECO’s
- Experience with a 3D cad system, preferred SolidWorks
- Experience with Dfx processes
- Experience with a MRP system
