Compensation: $57 - $60/hour
Location: Juneau County, WI
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Monthly Weekend Shifts)
Responsibilities as the Staff Pharmacist (Long Term Care):

Responsibilities as the Staff Pharmacist (Long Term Care):
- Long Term Care: Provide pharmaceutical services in a long-term care setting, including medication regimen reviews and clinical consultations.
- Intravenous Therapy: Prepare IV solutions and manage infusion devices, ensuring compliance with USP 797 & 800 standards.
- Pharmacy Compliance: Follow all state and federal regulations for pharmacy practice and participate in ongoing education to maintain licensure.
- Prescriptions: Oversee all aspects of prescription management, including order entry, verification, compounding, and resolution of medication-related issues.
- Clinical Services: Offer therapeutic drug monitoring, pharmacokinetic dosing, and educational services to healthcare staff.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, manage product shortages, and oversee automated packaging systems (ATP).
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) required.
- Licensure: Must have an active Pharmacist license in the state of Wisconsin.
- Experience: 1-3 years of Pharmacy experience, preferably in long-term care, intravenous admixture, or clinical pharmacy services.
- Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities (prior experience with ATP machines is highly preferred).
