A Series-A Stealth Startup robotics company is in the search for a driven and dynamic Staff Product Manager o join their team full-time!

This company is looking to transform the game when it comes to changing and replacing your vehicle's tires
The goal is to make this process more precise, efficient and safer through using cutting-edge robotic technology
This product will be used in the automotive space by car dealerships and auto-shops across the country
To accomplish their mission, they need to bring on a visionary Staff Product Manager with 7+ years of Product Management experience to lead the development of their advanced solutions within the automotive robotics industry
As the company's first product manager hire, you will play a key role in shaping the future of the company's product offerings and establishing a strong foundation for their product strategy team

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in robotics, automotive, or mechatronics industries
• 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager
• Proven experience in guiding a startup from the prototype stages to launch
• Strong understanding of hardware product development including prototyping, testing, and manufacturing process
• Strong communication skills, ability to translate technical concepts into user friendly language
• Understands cost structures and is able to make tradeoffs between cost, performance, quality, and time to market

• Deep understanding of customer's needs and wants, with the ability to incorporate customer feedback into the product development process

What You Will Be Doing
Daily Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that corresponds with market needs
  
• Create detailed product roadmaps specifications, and timelines to guide development efforts forward
  
• Prioritize product features and requirements based on customer feedback, business objectives, and technical viability
  
• Communicate technical concepts into user-friendly language
• Own the product roadmap and provide clear communication to your team
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Support, Customer Success, and other teams to ensure that the applications meet their needs and improve the business
  
• Driving hardware product success from the beginning stages of ideation up until the product launch
