Excellent communication skills with an ability to collaborate across teams.Desired Skills & Experience:Experience with agile methodologies
Exposure to Python is a huge plus
Any other Open Source, Back End experience is fine as long as you’re open to learning/using Python
Knowledge of best practices in software design and development
A proactive approach to identifying technical debt and implementing solutions.What You Will Be Doing:Leading a team of software engineers, ensuring high-quality development and delivery
Collaborating with product managers and stakeholders to define project scope and requirements
Developing and implementing software solutions that adhere to best practices and quality standards
Conducting code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure reliability
Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to their professional growth.Tech Breakdown:70% Front End Development 30% Backend DevelopmentDaily Responsibilities:Mentorship of more junior developers Architectural design strategy and implementation Meetings with business stakeholders for application development and integration The Offer:Potential for bonuses or commissions
