Rate of Pay: $ 191,653 - $ 201,653

Job Duties: Work with customer and stakeholders, agile leaders, architects, tech leads and engineering leadership to develop and maintain product/program vision and priorities. Maintain a healthy and prioritized product backlog with appropriately sized epics and stories to ensure availability of a steady flow of requirements. Understand product, clinical, and system needs and customer input requirements to drive software development. Own design control deliverables for the Software team. Contribute to prototypes using object oriented programming language in an FDA regulated environment. Lead design discussion and code reviews. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field followed by 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.

Position requires experience with the following :

1. Developing desktop applications including object oriented programming, multi-threaded applications ;

2. Architecting C and GUI Applications and 3D rendering ;

3. Agile methodologies and distributed programs ;

4. Medical imaging modalities such as CT, MRI or ultrasound ;

5. Development on complex hardware and robotics platforms ;

6. Unit testing, and software verification and validation processes ; and

7. Working in a regulated environment in compliance with IEC 62304, ISO 13485 and 21 CFR 820.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
