About the Job
- Support the Tax Manager in coordination of income tax return preparation with independent public accountants and preparation and filing of other returns
- Staff Tax Accountant will assist with the coordination of all tax and compliance records along with support of the monthly accounting close and year-end audit
- Assist with annual federal income and state tax returns preparation including K-1s
- Assist with basis calculations for LLCs and S Corporations
- Assist with all State and Local excise/franchise/business tax returns and US census filings
- Assist with the annual R&D tax credit identification and coordination
- As a Staff Tax Accountant, you will support the compilation and filing of tax residency certificates
- Conduct tax research as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Taxation
- 3+ years of related experience
- Knowledge of tax laws and regs
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; Tax Software
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Knowledge of SAP and/or Deltek Vision software, preferred
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
